Shipping Policy

1. Shipping locations

We currently ship to addresses in the United States and Canada

If your location is not listed at checkout, unfortunately we are unable to ship to your region at this time.

2. Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

3. Estimated delivery time

For standard shipping within the United States, the estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions,

or high seasonal demand.

4. Shipping carriers

We primarily ship orders using USPS for deliveries within the United States.
For deliveries within Canada, we typically use Canada Post or another reputable local carrier for final delivery

5. Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with

your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Lost or delayed packages

If your package is significantly delayed or shows as “delivered” but you have not

received it, please:

– Check with household members and neighbors, and

– Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

7. Customs duties and taxes for Canada
For orders shipped to Canada, your shipment may be assessed import duties, taxes, and handling fees by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the carrier. 
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees at checkout and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery, if applicable. 
We do not control these charges and cannot predict the exact amount in advance.

We will work with you and the carrier to investigate the issue and find a reasonable solution.
