We currently provide delivery services exclusively to addresses within the United States and Canada.If your region is not available during the checkout process, unfortunately, we are unable to ship to your location at this time.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. No orders will be processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- For standard shipping within the United States, delivery is estimated to take 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
- For Canadian orders, we anticipate a delivery window of 7–15 business days after dispatch, considering cross-border customs clearance procedures and potential regional transit variations.These are only approximate timeframes; actual delivery may be impacted by carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes during peak seasons.
Domestic orders within the United States are primarily shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). For final delivery in Canada, we usually partner with Canada Post or other reliable local carriers.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.
If your package is significantly delayed or marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please follow these steps:

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees imposed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the shipping carrier. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs at checkout. If applicable, the recipient must pay these fees upon delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount in advance.
